Who are We
Manufacturing was emerging need of India, then. With a view to establish its foothold in tht sector, Mehul Dye Chem Industries was promoted in 1992. Built upon its vast experience in the manufacturing of Dyestuffs & Pigments, today, The Company is an established localas well as a global supplier in the Dyes & Pigments. A state-of-the-art multiple manufacting facilities have been set up at Ankleshwar in the State of Gujarat in Western India. A fully equipped R&D laboratory to continuosly innovate and improve vaarious products and processes supports teh manufacturing facility.
Acid Dyes
Acid dyes are anionic organic dyes (containing sulfonate groups) that are used with organic cations such as alum to fix them to the surface of fibres.
Basic Dyes
Basic Dyes are cationic soluble salts of coloured bases. Basic dyes are applied to substrate with anionic character where electrostatic attractions are formed. Basic dyes are not used on cotton as the structures are neither planar nor large enough for enough substantivity or affinity.
Solvent Dyes
A solvent dye is a dye soluble in organic solvents. It is usually used as a solution in an organic solvent.
VAT Dyes
Vat dyes are water-insoluble dyes applied in a reduced soluble form and oxidized on fibres for fixation. They offer excellent fastness to light, washing, and chemicals, especially on cotton.
Fast Salts
Fast salts are stabilized diazonium compounds used in azo dyeing to develop colors directly on substrates. They provide a wide shade range with good fastness properties.
Inorganic Salts
Inorganic salts are mineral-based compounds used as electrolytes or fixing agents in dyeing. They enhance dye absorption, uniformity, and overall process efficiency.
Pigments
Pigments are insoluble colorants that require binders to adhere to surfaces. They are valued for their durability, opacity, and resistance to light and environmental factors.
